Printer Resolve

Independent remote technology support

Terms of Service

Effective date: 15 October 2026

These terms apply to the Printer Resolve website and remote support offered under the Printer Resolve name from Kashmir, India. Contact support@printerresolve.com for questions about a request, quotation or service.

What we provide

We offer independent guidance and remote troubleshooting for printers, Wi-Fi connections, Windows PCs, drivers and related setup issues. Support availability and the scope of a particular job are confirmed individually. Some issues require replacement parts, in-person repair or manufacturer assistance; not every issue can be resolved remotely.

Enquiries, quotations and paid work

Submitting an enquiry does not authorize a charge, purchase or subscription. Before paid work begins, we will describe the proposed work, price, currency, applicable charges and whether the fee covers troubleshooting time or a specified result. Paid work starts only after you agree. Any material change to the scope or price needs your agreement.

Ongoing support requires a separate agreement stating its duration, charges and cancellation arrangements. Enquiring about an ongoing plan does not create an automatic renewal or recurring payment.

Your authorization and responsibilities

You must own the device or have permission from its owner to request support. Provide accurate information and make a backup of important files before changes are made. Only install software from sources you trust, and keep passwords and payment credentials private.

Remote access

Remote access requires your informed permission for the session. We will explain the tool and purpose before asking you to connect. You can decline remote access or disconnect at any time. If access is needed for the agreed work and you choose not to proceed, we will explain the available alternatives and apply the cancellation policy.

Outcomes and third-party services

We will exercise reasonable care in providing the agreed assistance. Unless a specific outcome is agreed in writing, a troubleshooting session does not guarantee that a fault will be resolved. This does not excuse a failure to provide the agreed service with reasonable care.

Printer Resolve is independent of device manufacturers. Manufacturer warranties, software licences and third-party services are governed by their providers' terms. Manufacturer support may be available directly to you, including under an existing warranty.

Cancellations, refunds and complaints

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains refunds before and after work starts. Send service concerns to support@printerresolve.com with the date, service reference and a short description. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, subject to any shorter period required by applicable law.

Privacy and acceptable use

Our Privacy Policy explains the enquiry and support information we handle. Do not use the site to request unauthorized access, bypass security controls, distribute malicious software or send unlawful material. We may decline requests outside our service scope or authority.

Your legal rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents you from contacting a competent consumer authority. Updated terms apply to future requests; changes to an existing paid agreement require your agreement where applicable.
